TrackChain: Web3 Supply Chain Transparency Platform
A blockchain-based supply chain tracker for a consumer goods manufacturer, giving customers verifiable, end-to-end product provenance from raw material to retail shelf.
The Challenge
A consumer goods manufacturer wanted to back up its sustainability claims with verifiable proof, letting customers see exactly where a product's materials came from, without relying on a paper trail that was easy to dispute.
Our Approach
We built TrackChain to record every stage of the supply chain, raw material, manufacturing, QA, shipping, and retail, as smart contract milestones on Polygon, with supporting documentation pinned to IPFS. Customers scan a QR code on the product to view the full, tamper-evident provenance record.
